MEET THE OWNER
I’m Randol Ruiz, founder of Gym Evolution and a certified personal trainer. I’ve worked with professional bodybuilders, amateurs, athletes, first-timers and all people, man or woman, young and old. The key to results is intentionality. Do we lift to pick up heavy things? No, there are jobs for that. We lift for results, and we need a physique-building workout mindset.
On your first day, I'll be here to get you smiling, laughing, loose and ready to motivate. We'll work through an assessment and create a personalized growth plan designed for your body type and aspirations. Training starts with bodybuilding concepts: contraction and extension; mind-muscle connection; and visualization. Then we get into form and start working.
I stay focused on my clients 100% of the time. It’s detailed, hands-on instruction that teaches you how to lift for mass and build full, lean, healthy muscle.
